Most Black and Brown men, today, are bearing the weight of multiple battles like eliminating generational curses, especially financially, by going to college, getting a good-paying job, starting a business investing, etc. In doing so many have found themselves sacrificing their physical and mental health to keep up.  The Grindtribe is a community built to alleviate this problem by helping these men build systems to better align fitness and health goals with their priorities and obligations.
